Premium Raw Honey (50g) - Our premium raw honey is unfiltered, and undergoes minimal processing to retain all the natural health benefits of pure honey. Raw honey contains various vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and enzymes, the health benefits these provide may be reduced if the honey is heated and filtered.
Organic Pennington Bay (50g) - The initial Ladyfinger and Milk Arrowroot biscuit flavours evolve into a baked vanilla cheesecake sweetness. Perfect as a sweetener for milky teas, or drizzled over Greek yoghurt & stewed lemony-rhubarb compote to balance out the tartness.
Sugar Gum Honey (50g)- This certified organic honey is a delightfully smooth and light honey tasting of salted butterscotch with notes of whipped nougat and caramel. A perfect, everyday honey well suited for the breakfast table or drizzled on baked goods.
